Adonis ElFakih (/al-fa-Qee-h/, Arabic: الفقيه), is an entrepreneur, executive, consultant and author with fifteen years experience in software industry. Adonis is founder and former CEO and CTO of Ayna Corporation, where he drove its agile transformation initiative and explored Agile Stream thinking. He consulted for several organizations developing training, coaching and mentoring programs for management and teams. He has provided hundreds of public Scrum training sessions in MENA and USA. He is founder of ScrumArabia and certified as CSP, CSM, CSPO, PSPO, ICP-ATF, ICP-ACC

Joanna is an agile coach and management consultant, with a total of 14 years experience in the software industry, and seven years experience in Agile and Scrum environments both as Product Owner and Scrum Master. She delivers public and corporate workshops for Scrum Masters and Product Owners, and helps organizations during their agile transformations and integration of Scrum into their development life cycle. Joanna is responsible for training and coaching in Middle East and North Africa (MENA) through ScrumArabia and is based in Beirut, Lebanon.
