Stream Review

Stream Teams and Stream Owners meet at the end of every Sprint for a Stream Review meeting to review the results of experiments and identify which actions reduced or eliminated organizational drag along the Agile Stream. The meeting has a one-hour time-box.

The team reviews the data from ongoing experiments and decides whether to continue or culminate an experiment.

Experiments are completed when:

  • They reach the end of their time-box.
  • When they find issues with data or hypothesis.

The goal of the Stream Review meeting is to identify which experiments lowered organizational drag. During the meeting, the team generally engages in:

  • Analyzing empirical data from experiments.
  • Proposing permanent changes to the existing process to capture the improvements at scale.
