Agile Stream Board

The Agile Stream Board (ASB) provides visibility to Stream Team members, Stream Owners and stakeholders about which impediments are impacting teams within the Agile Stream, and provides Stream Team members with a mechanism to maximize throughput.

Agile Stream Board is a kanban-style board with work-in-progress (WIP) limits to focus the team’s efforts on resolving the highest level Stream Impediments. Stream Impediments are ranked based on the Stream Drag Index (SDI) or other criteria that are part of their service-level agreements with the teams they serve. The ASB columns are selected by the Stream Team to expose bottlenecks in the Agile Stream.
